This Office is aware of the following entities operating unauthorized means of escaping certification as a member of the permanent underclass. Escape is not achievable. Reclassification, once initiated, cannot be reversed. The entities below are not registered with the Directorate and lack the statutory authority to issue determinations or alter Economic status. Pre-registration with this Office is therefore strongly advised.
